The woman whose party cruise was brought to a terrifying end by a drunken brawl on the docks of Sydney’s Darling Harbour has been identified.
Lana Marie Battaglia’s 21st birthday celebrations came to a swift end on Saturday night when she was stretchered off a Constellation Cruise catamaran after being pushed down the stairs of the ship.

Police were told a party boat left the wharf at 5.30pm, and returned about 10.45pm to remove a “severely intoxicated” person – believed to be the 21-year-old birthday host, who had to be stretchered from the luxury boat.
According to a family friend, Ms Battaglia was injured after people on the boat after taking a tumble, the Daily Telegraph reported.
“It was terrible — when I heard last night I thought, she’s never going to forget this birthday. Ms Carambano said the fight erupted not long after the boat returned to the dock.
“As we were getting off we saw a bunch of boys coming in and I said, ‘I don’t like the look of those people’,” she told the newspaper.
“We noticed they had been drinking and they shouldn’t have been let on in the first place. The night was running smoothly, everyone had a great time and they just ruined it for everybody.”The brawl broke out on the docks between two separate party groups. (9NEWS)
Ms Battaglia was yesterday released from St Vincent’s Hospital.
While the boat was docking, its passengers called out to alert passers-by to a woman in the water, who police believed jumped from the wharf.
She was rescued and taken to hospital.While they were responding, a party boat docked nearby and its crew members alerted police to a brawl on board.
Drunk guests from a separate party then abandoned ship and swam to shore to join in a fight on the dock at King Street Wharf as the two groups clashed.
Constallation Cruises insists it has zero tolerance for rowdy and drunken behaviour.
Staff have told 9NEWS the boat is usually booked for corporate events and they were devastated by last night’s drama.Five women and a man have since been arrested and charged.
A number of people were allegedly assaulted, with one woman taken to hospital with bruising to her arm.
Five women and a man have since been charged with various offences, including affray, assaulting police, hindering police and resisting arrest.
All six will front Darling Centre Local Court next month.Officers then boarded the boat and “separated a number of brawling parities”, police said in a statement. (9NEWS)
Earlier this month, nine members of a Melbourne family were removed from a Carnival Cruise Line ship after they allegedly brawled with ship security guards.
A 37-year-old woman was also charged over an alleged glassing attack aboard a P&O cruise ship.
